Glitch Art Creation

I have been creating images and videos like this one for a few years now and wanted to explaine how I create these. I found an app that I use on my iPhone called Hyperspektiv that "glitch" my photos and video by using selected settings that I change to create my desired look.

I create images that I think the lines would make for good images that can be manipulated into what I think would work.

This is the photo I took that was used to create the image.
